Ricky isn’t only great inside the football field, he’s also making huge contributions in fashion. Impressed by his extremely good looking physical appearances, the famous Italian designer Giorgio Armani exclusively contracted the Brazilian beauty under two of his famous brands, Emporio Armani and Armani Jeans, since 2005 until present. Differs from Armani’s first line, both EA and AJ are its second lines for younger customers and more affordable prices.

Armani proudly called Ricky as his “muse”, and invited him to sit front row in his occassional fashion week events. Besides Ricky, Armani also contracted David Beckham for his Emporio Armani Underwear brand, but in 2009 it was announced that Becks didn’t renew the contract and he was replaced by Ricky’s Real Madrid team mate, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ricky had a great career start in AC Milan where he soon to be the star of the team. He was very young and unbelievably talented, and earned him many awards including Serie-A’s Best Foreign Footballer. His personal story is also very inspiring, in which he wouldn’t give up and keep on believing that he could reach his dreams after the nearly paralyzing accident occurred to him when he was younger. Adidas is both AC Milan and Real Madrid’s sponsor and soon they made Ricky as one of their stars (alongside Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, Raul Gonzalez, Michael Ballack, Lionel Messi, Steven Gerrard, and Frank Lampard). Ricky made an appearance in almost all of Adidas’ commercials/ advertisements, including Impossible Is Nothing, Jose+10, Brazil vs Argentina spoof, and Zinedine Zidane The Ultimate Search: The Maestro.
