Kaka will be Back in January 2011

This just in: a report said that our man Ricardo Kaka will likely be back to play for Real Madrid in January 2011.

Real Madrid midfielder Kaka will be fit for duty no sooner than January 2011. He is likely to be ready for the January 9 Real Madrid v Villarreal match, AS Spanish newspaper reported. Doctors suppose he will resume trainings in December.

Note that Kaka underwent knee surgery in August.

This is a delightful news, but also a sad news. Isn’t it too long to wait until January 2011? I do hope that he will recover very soon. But if it’s for his own health then I can do nothing. All I can wish is the best for him! =)

Kaka in Bleacher Reports’s Top 10 AC Milan Legends

Our man Ricardo Kaka is featured in Bleacher Reports’ Top 10 AC Milan Legends!

9. KAKA
Kaka came to Milan in 2003 for about 8.5 million € from Sao Paulo, described in retrospect as “peanut” by club owner.

Instant in 2003 he became part of starting lineup and he benched great Rui Costa.

Kaka did a great job in Milan during 2003-2009.

Kaka was a leader in 2007 when he won champions league. He scored 7 amazing goals.

In 2009 he left Milan and went to Real Madrid for 65 million €.

Everybody expected from him to become AC Milan captain and legend but he wanted to play for Real Madrid and his wish come true.

Hopefully he’ll be listed in Real Madrid’s legends too soon as he recovered from his injury! =D

Kaka’s Surgery Goes Well

Real Madrid won over Club America in the friendly match, but unfortunately our man Ricardo Kaka had to do a knee surgery, as the Real Madrid’s official site reported.

The operation performed on the left knee of Real Madrid C. F.’s Ricardo Izecson Dos Santos Leite ‘Kaka’ by Dr. Marc Martens at Antwerp’s AZ Monica Hospital was a success.

The arthroscopic surgery confirmed an injury to the left meniscus with minimal inflammation of the cartilage. The player is expected to miss three to four months.

It is sad that he’ll be not playing for the team in four months :’( but I’m glad to hear that he passed the surgery very well. All we have to do now is just praying all the best for him so he can recover very soon and see him back on the pitch again. Get well soon dear Maestro!

Agent Claims There Won’t Be Ibra-Kaka Swap

As reported by Sport, Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will stay a Barcelona player next season, as the player’s agent vehemently denies any contact with Real Madrid with respect to a possible swap deal involving Brazilian midfielder Kaka.

“I have never spoken with Madrid nor have I ever spoken of a possible trade for Kaka. I don’t know anything about that,” declared Ibra’s agent, Mino Raiola.

Sport further claims that, pending any last minute developments, Ibrahimovic will remain at Barcelona, providing coach Pep Guardiola with another viable option up front. Also, as planned, Kaka will stay at Real Madrid and try to make a full commitment to Mourihno and to the whole team.
