Kaka’s Father Meets With Real Madrid To Clarify Son’s Future

Finally, after a long time, there are some news about Kaka. But is this a lull before a storm? The time will tell…

As reported by AS, the father of Real Madrid superstar Kaka, Bosco Leite, met with Real Madrid club officials at the Santiago Bernabeu in order to clarify his son’s future with the club, as the press has speculated that new coach Jose Mourinho does not find the Brazilian to be suited to his style of play.

According to reports, Los Blancos assured the Brazilian star’s father, giving him the date the club expected Kaka to report to pre-season training.

Kaka arrived in Madrid last summer for a €64 million transfer fee, but has failed to find the good form that saw him become so successful at Milan. Struggling with a hernia problem, the Brazilian has found it difficult to regain his form and his injuries continue to bother him, as most recently, the Brazil national team doctor declared that Kaka was only 80% fit for this summer’s World Cup.

Mourinho however, seems to have confidence that the Brazilian midfielder will find his top form next season and the club communicated this sentiment to the player’s father.

Kaka has been the subject of some transfer rumours this summer, most notably English Premiership side Chelsea of which manager Carlo Ancelotti, Kaka’s former coach at Milan, recognized that he “would like to have Kaka, but he is very expensive”.

Brazil Beats Tanzania 5-1

The Brazilian national team beat Tanzania in a pretty huge score: 5-1! Robinho and Ramires each scored two. Our man Ricardo Kaka scored one, and all I can say is welcome back Ricky!

Robinho scored twice and Kaká got his first international goal in nearly a year as Brazil defeated Tanzania 5-1 today in their last friendly before the World Cup.

Kaká, who suffered niggling injuries in a frustrating first season at Real Madrid and came into the match nursing a thigh problem, played the full game and produced several characteristic bursts from midfield in an encouraging performance.

“I feel good but I still need to let myself go a little,” he told Brazilian television. “There is still something missing but we have a week to go before the opener and we will work to get better.”
